Eastgate is a town centre church that faces you as you cross the Phoenix Causeway into Lewes. (See map.)

We are a medium-sized church that strikes a balance between the traditional and the contemporary. We follow Jesus Christ and base all that we do on the Bible.

We welcome visitors and the curious.

The church has a small staff  and is currently being led by the diaconate while seeking a new pastor.

The church has a history that stretches over four centuries. Our core beliefs have remained unchanged over that time, and are in line with what Christians have always believed.
